Valerie Velotta and Escrow Leader’s rock in my opinion. I spent 44 years in Sales Management and closing processes can go sideways for a variety of different reasons. Valerie and her team ensured everything in the closing process went smooth for us despite the fact that our buyer’s original lender never came thru. At the last minute another lender was found for the buyer and the date of close was within a couple of days of the original closing date. Any of my questions by email or phone where always handled professionally and with courtesy. The responses I received in writing or verbally were always spot on and required no additional follow up on my part. The best part was the pricing for the settlement fee, title fee etc… was all very competitive. Great value for the service in my opinion.
